Car not as described when sold

Had lots of problems with my car from 786 Performance. Was sold with full service history but Mazda have confirmed only 5 services over 9 years. 2k miles I've done and needed 2 oild & filter changes, new battery, boot opens by itself, faulty tyre pressure system, dpf issues, the list goes on.
