Terrible Service
I booked my 2013 Audi A3 in for a major service at Wimbledon Audi in October 2017. Within this service I was told the spark plugs would be replaced. Mid way through 2018 the car started running poorly with terrible flat spots. I took my car in for a new service in a different garage and they told me the spark plugs were mis-firing. They removed the spark plugs and saw terrible corrosion and degradation plus corroded cable lines. These sparks plugs had not been replaced at all. I called Wimbledon Audi and spoke to the service centre manager David who sounded extremely rude and dismissive told me he 100% knows the spark plugs were replaced in October 2017, how does he know this if he did not do the work himself? This was clearly a lie or the spark plugs were faulty when replaced. Either way the garage refused to except liability so I have had to pay out for another set of spark plugs plus labour. This garage is terrible, I paid a lot of money for the major service which was clearly poorly conducted. Avoid these guys, they way too unprofessional. very sad.
