Apalling

The most appalling business of any type I have ever had the misfortune to experience. The car I purchased from Riveria Car Centre had serious faults which would have been known to these people. When the car was returned for repair all I got was botch up jobs, lies, cheap tricks and them keeping the car for weeks on end to ply for time. The owner / manager Roy was arrogant, ignorant and completely unprofessional. Both him and his sidekick Mark appear to have very little knowledge of cars and none whatsoever in customer care. It took legal action to eventually get repairs done properly. Having asked around it appears this place is well known for selling faulty cars at expensive prices with no interest in aftersales service. The best advice I can give is spend your money with one of the many decent car dealers that are around.
