Anti Perforation Warranty is useless
I bought my car in August of 2016, i took the car to Peugeot Robin & Day Birmingham North to make a claim on the warranty. After 5 months of going back and forward from Dealership to Warranty and Repairing garage they decided to repair the rust on the tailgate rather than replace the tailgate as advised by RS Motors. Just after Christmas i noticed the rust had come back and went back to Robin & Day and was told it wasn't their problems i'd have to take it up with RS Motors, I got a reply from RS Motors basically saying Robin & Day had done it on the cheap, they advised the tailgate needed to be replaced and they would do the repair but not warrant it if it came back. I went back to Robin & Day who said i would have to get in touch with Peugeot Customer Care myself to sort out the mess. It's in the hands of Customer Care who is liasing with the Warranty company 1 month on and still no outcome. Really bad and would never get a Peugeot again, more interested in your money and not offering good customer service. Reported to Trading Standards. UPDATE - 20-9-2018 Went through the Motor Ombudsman, final decision was in my favour on the 10th July and still not heard from the, it is now the 20th September 2018 - Absolutely disgusting from Robins and Day Birmingham North, their Head Office and Peugeot.
