Bought a Car from Chris Denton Car Sales with £7.5 k cash. Audi brought it to my attention that the car had 3 pages of advisories - some were MOT failures. I made contact and requested that they sort them out or give me my money back - I was delighted when I received a solicitors letter - which wasn't reflective of circumstances. Not great at all. There was a big emphasis on a Warranty at the point of collection - I wonder whether there are other people whom have had a similar experience. I also wonder if the Modus Operandi of this firm - so method of operating is such that it would become a criminal offence. I will look at this.
