Bad car service

Took car in for service and MOT at Progress Skoda in Bedford. Car broke down 4 times with mechanic. Fuel pump was the last part put in. Drove car for over 6 months with noise after being told by Bedford it would stop. kwikfit diagnosed noise. Horrified to find fuel pump had been wrongly put in by Bedford progress Skoda. Still waiting for a refund from them. Would never recommend this garage. Dreadful customer care. If I had not had head office involved would have not got as far as I have with this company.
