Very poor service and customer care

Bought a car six weeks ago from Autosave Affinity Partners, first thing delivery driver said when he got out of the car was that the air conditioning didn't work (in the hottest summer for over 50 years!). This proved to be not the only fault. Post purchase care has proved very poor, would not recommend to anyone now even though I have previously bought cars very positively from them. Something must have changed in this organisation!
