Vehicle was purchased online and delivered promptly. It arrived not as described (tryres described as “excellent” where barely legal) and the follow up from the salesman/owner (Matt Holmes) was unhelpful, unapologetic and argumentative. Cost me a further £250 to sort out. Disappointing customer service from Craigs Honda and not trustworthy.
