Absolute shambles. KB Car Sales have Sold me a car that isn't road worthy i paid £4500 outright for it and it now needs £3500 worth of work doing. the customer service is terrible i got told i would have got better service and they would have helped me more if i had spoken to them nice (didn't realise this was school) Aram who i have been dealing with should either own or run a business. i will be taking this further as they have refused me bringing the car back and getting a full refund saying it ''wear and tear'' i got the car just over 2 months ago and i drive to and from work which is about 3 miles away. overall i would not recommend this company to anyone they are useless and sell substandard products. i don't care if i brought a used car it should still be fit for purpose.
