Vauxhall take your money, and run!
Don't be drawn in by Go Vauxhall's Network Qs Multi-Point check, as it doesn't exist! We bought a car from Go Vauxhall Wimbledon, staff seemed friendly enough, thought we were ok, due to the Multi-point check. Once home, we discovered that there was no spare wheel, or inflation kit. There has been a lot of 'we will get it sorted' from head office, as the dealer refused to call back. It took about a month for the inflation kit to arrive. My question was, why was this not picked up when the Multi-point check was carried out? Answer, there was no check carried out. They are unable to provide me with the report, and keep fobbing me off with, 'the manager will ring you to explain'. Still waiting two months on. Just hope the car doesn't develop a fault, can you imagine the response I wouldn't get!!!!
