Beware- Dodgy Car Dealer

Example of a dishonest dodgy back st car dealer. C & R Car Sales sold us a car but never produced a v5. Car is still registered to another owner and DVLA don’t recognise ownership. Made promises he had no intention of keeping in respect to warranty and serious faults. First tried to fix then tried to ignore us completely, not returning calls, emails or letters. Even blamed previous owner of the car who he said owed him money. Changed tack when we issued a court claim and tried to deny the problems he had previously tried and failed to fix. Turned up at his workshop once to witness him assaulting (a full on physical fight) one of his own team who he said had cost him money damaging a customer car - he had to be dragged away. Suspect the business is in financial difficulty as it was all about his costs not his obligations or service. Be aware, business appears to have loan with Natwest and we aren't yet certain whether the bailiffs will be able to recover full losses.
