Poor customer service and attitude

Yesterday to Honda CR-V in for 62500 mile service, and new front brake pads. Service staff at Shepton Mallet Honda rang to say tyres required renewing I said I had arranged to get them replaced day after, There were no other comments regarding work required. Went to pick up car and waited as wasn't quote ready at said time, no problem had a drink and waited. Receptionist collected car from service area, ran through points re worn tyres and rear pads required in 4000 miles. Paid and entered car. On leaving car park sloping entrance noted handbrake coming up 8/9 notches, reversed back into space and went into reception. Spoke To receptionist she immediately consulted service focal point Shaun, who seemed to say everything was ok and very reluctant to come and have a look, but with my insistence he came out. He went into car pulled handbrake 3 or 4 times said we have cars in garage with worse handbrake than this. I said as an engineer would have expected a lot less than 9 clicks. He said back wheels would need to be removed and have to be booked in. He left car door open stormed out I said it wasn't very good. He had an attitude. I wasn't trying to get free adjustment but I think it should have been picked up by the mechanic, also if Shaun had said if you want to have it done come into reception and we will see what we can do. It made me question whether the vehicle had been test driven following service and brake pad replacement. When I returned home I looked up the service schedule for my CRV and it stated vales to be checked and adjusted at62500 , I also checked this out with the Chippenham Honda dealer they confirmed it should have been done. No mention was made of this either during booking or after the service.. I have used This dealer before and can only describe previous serve as excellent, clearly things have gone downhill in the last year and makes me question whether I need to look elsewhere for future work. A very disappointing visit and unpleasant experience of attitude and uncaring staff,
