The worst people to deal with

Bought a Kia from Walton Car Centre in November and as our little boy is disabled we asked for a reliable car we took the advice of the sales guy and went for the Kia. Fast Forward 4 weeks and the clutch goes to be fair they fixed it. March our baby had surgery were out collecting medicines for him he's in the car and car breaks down it's the battery again they fixed it. Next problem the warning light comes on and we get every excuse possible from the dealer and ended up waiting weeks for Kia to fix it. Couple of weeks later same problem again dealer not interested again in to Kia fixed again and again today in to Kia turbo is knackered hence the warning light coming on all the time. I have asked and asked for car to be changed and refused. At least 5 unpaid days off work have been taken will not compensate us. Our little boy has missed hospital appointments the stress and anxiety has caused me to be prescribed diazipan as we paid cash for car and cant afford another car as 4k is a lot of money to us. We have been told if we don't slag the dealer off we can have half price mots and they will get us if we break down what a joke and how unprofessional. I have talked 2 people out of buying from here and I am hoping my review here and on google deters a lot more what I have said here is the tip of the iceberg they will take your money and hang you out to dry. Another anxious 2 week wait for Kia to fix the death trap we purchased dont buy a car here please be warned.
