Buying fro Motorline Tunbridge Wells hads to be the worst buying experience of my life. Taught me a lesson never buy a car on the internet with it seeing it! Unfortunately it was the only car in the country with the spec we wanted, however it was 150 miles away. I trusted the salesmans description on the phone as being immaculate showroom condition after buying & owning 78 cars the whole process of communication from the salesman & up through the ranks of Motorline can only be described as shoddy & unprofessional. With the salesman giving the impression of "I Must Make a Sale" with unkempt promises & poor description of the vehicle prior to seeing it. Would I buy another car from them or recommended them? No! The showroom was as all Volkswagen dealerships immaculate and spotless but the service was just like the old show off tv- Arthur Daley "Grab The Money & Run"
