I asked the salesman at Bespoke Automotive how many months left on the MOT and they advised 12 months and told me the MOT certificate was in the glove box with the other documents. I rang the next day as the MOT Certificate wasn't there. I was told to go to my nearest MOT garage who would give me a copy. The car was poorly prepared and so I booked into my Jaguar Specialist to have some work completed. I was astonished to find out from my garage that the MOT had expired and that I had been driving the car. I telephoned the salesman and received their well rehearsed sales talk and no apology or even an offer to pay for the car to be MOT'd. I would not trust this outfit ever again when buying a car.
