NOT HAPPY...bought my car a clk320 cdi mercedes in march this year from Stockton Heath Car Sales. Glove box broke, they said they ordered one will call when its in ..we are now in September? Aparently can't get one. Electric wing mirrors go in ..but not out they couldn't do anything about that. Drivers front seat won't lift up ..pain in the ass as it a coupe..sure health and safety but passed mot? They put 2 tyres on as others were worn ..but car was making noises so paid for 2 NEW and fitter told me there was a big crack going all around the centre of 1 tyre they had put on ..this is disgraceful on a 320 merc . Aircon needed re gassing .. We had to put new disc and pads on my cost over £200.00 as the pads were so low and disc scored bad??? Electric window switch snapped off was only glued in ?. Was also charged for credit card payment which is now illegal after jan 2018. Loads wrong on this car I know its not a £20.000 car but I expected better than this as I just got rid of one shed I was ripped off with . Went to a dealer thinking I would be treated ok aparently NOT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
