Being a lady driver and dealing with used car franchise’s is always an interesting experience but never one I would describe as being particularly enjoyable, until now. Having corresponded with Jay at Uniqar via email and on the phone I have to say it was the easiest, most straightforward car buying experience in my whole 34 years of driving. Not only was it was a smooth transaction but the ease and comfort I felt from the early email to the actual meet and greet was wonderful. As previous reviews have stated Jay is not at all pushy or trying to sell you something that you may not feel is right for you. I did not feel in any way coerced into my purchase. All the paperwork was prepared in advance and explained to me in full, as well as confirmation that I was to contact them with any issues at all that I may have once I had the vehicle in my possession. I was able to test drive, part-exchange and drive away my ‘new’ used car the same day! A wonderful way to utilise my Saturday with minimum fuss, total clarity and confidence in both the vehicle and the staff. Well done Uniqar - I hope you get your well-deserved Trading Standards approval!
