Avoid at all costs

Bought a Ford mondeo from Jemm Motor Company in April 2018, car broke down on slip road after 3 days, jemm motors couldn't of been more helpful at first and gave me my old car back as a curtisy car they even offered me a nicer car but I declined as they told me my car was getting fixed in 2 weeks. Car couldn't be fixed and I was told it needed a new engine. They told me they would try to find me a n new car. Several weeks later the deal was called off. I was promised a full refund it took 7 weeks of constant harassment to get my money back. Craig (manager) was never available to speak to, never called me back, was constantly told money was on its way the rest of the staff tried to help or just acted like they were totally clueless. Ended up having to get small claims court involved which left me out of pocket.
