Massive waste of time!

After inquiring about a vehicle Bosden Car Sales had for sale, we made arrangements that morning to travel and view the car. We were told by staff the vehicle would be reserved and I gave them all my contact details in case something was wrong. After travelling nearly 40 miles! We were told the vehicle had been sold as soon as we arrived! This is totally unacceptable, the lack of communication not only between us and the garage but also between themselves just goes to show the level of unorganisation and unprofessionalism they have. All they kept saying was that they were sorry and there’s nothing they can do about it. Clearly they didn’t seem to care and wasn’t even slightly interested in paying any travel costs. I’d advise anyone interested in buying a car from this garage to be aware of there poor customer service.
