Undervalued our part exchange by trying to show apparently obvious faults. The car we bought has multiple dangerous faults and the dealer (richard) refuses to deal with it or reverse the sale. He even has our old car up for sale for 3 times what he allowed us. Avoid this place unless you want to waste money and get no customer service.
