Relaxed and professional

Recently purchased a very clean and tidy Ford Fiesta with comfortable mileage from Classic Automobiles. Not particularly local to me but I drove down and spoke with Karim in person, having had several questions answered over the phone by Ian the previous day as I didn't fancy a wasted journey and didn't know of this firm previously. I'm glad I went as after a nice little test drive and completely ' non pushy ' sell from Karim and a straightforward discussion about a couple of minor details, I bought the car. Deposit down with balance paid a few days later. Kindly, Karim was able to arrange a driver to bring the car to me a week or so later to remove the aggro of drop off or train return to Croyden. I had asked for a couple of small things to be sorted as this is a first car for my youngest daughter and she was contributing her long saved Premium Bonds so I wanted the car to be clean and obviously safe for her. This was achieved and she was very pleased when I picked her up for the first time and took her for a spin. Professional, courteous and relaxed service from Karim with follow up texts and calls in the after sales period and also Ian on the phone who was running in and out to check things on the car with me on the end of the phone. I would recommend this garage and I am very pleased with the Fiesta example that we have bought. Long established and relaxed attitude which is clearly working for them in the locality and beyond. I would go back for another . . I also note the 6 months Warranty, which is not offered everywhere. Thanks Karim and Ian. Job done and daughter happy, which makes me happy and removes the aggro !
