Do you want a working car?

To all the people wanting a working car never mind a good one, please don't come to Nottingham Autogroup. This has been far the worst thing that's happened, I purchased a car, waited around 2 weeks after payment to get it. Only to get it with it being faulty, dirty inside. It was terrible. They parked the car across the road where the shops are, they said if I don't take its fine. Leave it there near the shops, obvs I took it. I said under warranty can you fix it they said take me to court. I have been in contact with a few people on here that have took them to court, but court cannot make the company pay unless you pay can't say we will take it away/or bailiffs. Just to add, this company have already been on Can't pay we will take it away before. I decided not to take them to court, you think your protected by the AA Promise right? Nope. The company didn't respond to them now AA are opening an internal investigation. I decided to dispute with my debit card, don't be fooled Credit card is 100% protection under section 75 act, but you are also protected under the charge back scheme on your debit card which is what I did. I lost the case first because they sent some phony letter, I had like an album of evidence which was sent, and a covering letter and I won case.
