Good Service....Without Buying!

I expressed interest in a lovely BMW X5 for sale at The Great Western Motor Company. I paid a £100 deposit, with a view to travelling some distance to view/purchase the car. Unfortunately, my plans changed and I had to cancel my interest in the vehicle. Andy was who I dealt with and he couldn't have been more helpful, both in his initial description of the vehicle and helping get my deposit returned to me promptly and without fuss. A good chap to deal with and proof that good service doesn't just happen when you make a purchase!
