Probably the worst dealership....ever!

Took our evoque into Stratstone Land Rover Newport for some minor things a few months ago. 1. a knocking noise in the back 2. CD player - never worked since I had it and ruined a DVD and CD 3. rear passenger door would not open I had to wait a long time for the car to actually go in because I needed a hire vehicle, I then had to make numerous trips to either take the hire car back and exchange or my car had not had the faults fixed and needed to go in another day, not only did this take up my time but it costs as each round trip for me is 20 miles. One appointment that I had waited for over one month got cancelled the night before because they no longer had a hire vehicle. It then needed to go in again because to resolve the knocking noise, they had to remove the drivers seat. When my vehicle returned after countless visits to Newport Stratstone it had new faults. 1. interior light not working 2. drivers seat - when pushing the button down, the seat went up and pulling the button up, the seat went down There were absolutely no problems with these before it went into the garage My vehicle then went back into the garage to fix these faults last week 31/08/18, however, I was then told that the seat issue was not their issue and I would need to pay £180+ fitting! How can a seat suddenly start to work backwards without their interference?? Total amateurs.
