A pleasure to deal with...

I traded my Golf GTI 35 for an Alfa Brera. Strange decision you might say but Martin at Central Park Car Sales offered a fair exchange with money my way. I drove from Perthshire slightly worried that it may be a wasted journey. The Alfa was as described, it needed a few items sorted out but I was aware of them and factored it into the overall deal. My Golf wasn't showroom condition and Martin didn't try to bargain me down or renege on the deal we'd struck over the phone. I had an extensive test drive with absolutely no pressure to make a decision. In fact, quite the opposite, Martin listened as I hummed and hawed about whether or not I should swap in my Golf. Decision made and the transaction was simple, Martin transferred funds to my account immediately, filled out all the paperwork, provided insurance, RFL and a 5 star warranty with an independent warranty company. (The Alfa is a 12 year old car!) I suspect the poor reviews you may read are more about how the customer approaches Martin with issues. I also believe customers need to make their own thorough checks to cars they are buying, I have seen main dealers selling cars well below an acceptable standard but customers take comfort from the fact they are paying a hefty price tag. I have no hesitation in recommending Central Park Car Sales. Read the paperwork, document what you need attended to and don't take delivery until the car is as you want it...the same applies to buying a car from any dealer. Thanks to Martin, my Alfa is a pleasure to own and the transaction itself was a pleasure. (Didn't get to see your Fiat Coupe though!)
