Friendly professional helpful staff

I just bought a 2014 top spec Ford fiesta from Smiths Motor Group and was very impressed with the staff who were very helpful and extremely honest answering my initial email queries ( so many garages dont bother ) Andrew even sent a pic of the tiny marks that were on the car so I was fully informed, there was nothing hidden, a breath of fresh air dealing with an honest car dealer. when I arrived to view the car the staff were very friendly and helpful and obliging when it came to the test drive and completing little tasks with the car to make it perfect for me. Even though the warranty does not cover cars in the South of Ireland (this is the case with alot of garages in the UK) they have assured me that on the off chance that there is a problem they will not leave me stuck. even though its something tiny, the coffee machine was a life saver as we had driven non stop from Holyhead. I will definitely be back and as I came from Ireland and they are based a good distance from Holyhead that says something.
