AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

my dad bought a car from Nottingham Autogroup for my daughters 18th in july this year, looked nice, ran ok for 2 days, done less than 40 miles, oil pump is knackered, rang them several times to arrange for them to sort this problem out & it’s passed from 1 person to the next, from not knowing to ring when the managers here is all we have had & then we got a call saying they are getting quotes for it to be done & guess what ? 2 weeks later & we are still waiting for a call to find out what’s happening, rang again today & the receptionist couldn’t work the phone heard her saying “ i don’t know how to answer this “ says it all, looks like my only option is to get it back by going to my dads credit card & doing it that way... they don’t deserve 1 star but wouldn’t let me write a review without it. NOTTINGHAM AUTOGROUP IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!
