Unhelpful staff

I came to Lomond Autocentre to see a car that over the phone was told was all good. The staff didn’t want to show me the car ... told me to go see it myself... the car was very smelly and the engine wouldn’t even start... a wasted hour long trip to see garbage ... they could of at least told me this over the phone..
