Avoid at all costs

We bought a car from Nigel Oxman Cars at the beginning of June. The car was brought to us hadn't been cleaned took it to get polished they wouldn't touch it, it wasn't driven for a full week as we were on holiday then within 2 weeks of getting back I was driving on a quiet road luckily and the steering completely went. I am shaken my grandchild could have been in even worse if I was on motorway!
