Nice Smiles, Bad Service

Nice smiles and professionalism when selling the car. Unfortunately after something went wrong, the smiles went. Had the car for week and a half, spring went and air pipe split. Tried talking to Chartwell Suffolk about getting repaired, he offered very little money towards the repair which was already at a good price. After talking to the dealership again he upped the offer but still wasn't good enough. Called a third time, I was one sentence away from asking for a refund before he threw a tantrum and agreed to pay the full price. On top of that he blew his lid and stated that he no longer wanted anything to do with the car. Really unprofessional towards the end which is a shame.
