Called "Michael" several times to arrange viewing of a car, at first it wasnt ready, second it needed a part, thirdly it hadnt been fitted yet and the final straw was that once I'd rung them yet again they'd gone and sold it. Every step he "promised" to give me a call back and never did. Not impressed at all, rubbish customer service before they've even reeled anyone in. the offered bonuses are rubbish also. Avoid!
