Well prepared car--thank you Joe Hughes

I dealt with Mr Joe Hughes at Christchurch throughout the purchase of a 2008 , 48,000 mile Mercedes CLS. This was the first time that I had dealt with Penton Motor Group Bournemouth East, and I had a list of requests , which on hind-sight was probably better addressed to a Mercedes main dealer. Penton agreed to sort out all the outstanding service issues , and on collection of the car , these issues had been addressed or a means of resolving them found. We have only had the car for less than 24 hours , but bearing in mind this caveat , are very pleased with it. Dealing with Mr Hughes was a pleasure , and we wish him the very best. Thank you also to Chris and Darryl whom we dealt with briefly.
