Poor seller, best avoided

Bought a kia sportage off Phil Foster 4x4 back in November 2017 for £3100 cash. Seemed genuine at the time but within a few weeks of purchasing the vehicle had to give it back dye to a fault. Thankfully it was under warranty on that occasion. Within a few more weeks other faults were detected and the vehicle wouldn't start so once again Mr Foster had it back. 10 weeks later I eventually went to pick it up ( had to constantly pester) and paid just under £1000 to then be told the clutch was slipping badly. Decided to let Mr Foster change this for us but again took about another 10 weeks. At this point he had had the Kia on his drive more than I had. Had this 1 day and it broke down on us again, this time the alternator needed changing, Mr Foster changed this promptly and free which was a huge surprise. After having the Kia back we noticed that despite him charging us just under £1000 the initially problem was still not perfect. Running and with more power once the turbo kicked in the Kia was lagging bad. Once again he had it back and told me he had 2 chaps out from a garage in Bromyard for a diagnostic and they could find nothing which was strange. Every garage in Bromyard had no record of this and he refuses to give me names. Mr Foster thinks that he has been more than generous with us because he lent us a car the whole time, not important that he has has over £4,500 off me for a car that I've had to take elsewhere for a diagnostic. This came back straight away that it has a faulty air flow meter that needs replacing. This man is a Liar and is only interested in shifting vehicles off his land and making money from people like us.
