not giving my deposit back, rude staff

I've paid Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Borehamwood a deposit for a car, but the same day I called them back and asked for it back. They said I'll get it back in 3 days. 5 days later I called them again, they asked to call accounts, accounts say call back to sales and the guy on sales hung up. It's been nearly 2 weeks, no one calls me back etc. AVOID.
