Disappointing after Sales experience

Bought an A6 from Chelmsford Audi at under 3 years old, lovely car, but not valeted before handover, and with no Adblue in the tank. Within four months I find I have to spend £500 on the brakes: dealer not prepared to contribute. Not impressed with that.
