Do yourself a favour...avoid at all cost

Purchased a car from Dalestorth Garage on 5th August, paying a deposit. Paid extra for wheel refurb and promised electric Windows would be fixed. 7 days later heard nothing, so called to check progress. Told the car was still being prepared and would be ready on 14th. Drove 50 miles to collect and no car! Still being fixed. Then received a call on 15th to say it still wouldn't be ready. Dealer suggested we take the car with broken windows and return to have it fixed at a later date? We requested our deposit back, to be told it would take two days? When told to refund immediately, I was insulted and threatened. Eventually later that day it was returned and a lengthy fight Do yourself a favour, avoid Jordan, Lee & Rosie.
