Did not follow through on promise

Bought a car from Junction 27 Car Sales at the weekend, had reserved it the weekend before and was told that work would be done to the car to the standard we were paying for (the money they wanted for the car was for a great example according to Parker’s) when we arrived they had not done two of the fairly straight forward things we had asked them to sort out. We are still missing one of the badges from the front of the car which we were told was being replaced prior to reserving the car. We then asked about the spare wheel, to which we were told new cars don’t come with spare wheels anymore and that if we needed one we would have to buy one! Didn’t come across this website until after this experience but from the other reviews I would have stood my ground even more and not given them our hard earned cash! Seem like chancers who want to flip cars for the most money without any regard to the actual car quality they are selling. If you do buy from here be wary and make sure they do what is promised!
