Worst experience

Made a 5 hour round trip to buy a car from Rivelin Motor Company that I specifically wanted after checking a couple of times the day/evening before that it was still available. Knowing how far I was travelling, the "gentleman" told me in the telephone conversation "Don't worry, it's going nowhere until you've seen it. It'll be ready for you between 11 and half past." - I arrived at 10.25 to find they had sold it minutes before. You might think that was bad enough but the attitude of the sales person was disgusting. The shrugging of his shoulders and the smirk on his arrogant face when he simply said "Sold it" - I literally had to walk away. I left a bad experience review elsewhere on the internet and they used it to tell everyone how brilliant they were in their reply! Honestly, I don't know how they sleep at night.
