very poor service and customer care

Do not go near Cornwall Trade Centre, the work was shoddy and the car had go back into a proper garage a month after these clowns had it to fix the faults they were supposed to have sorted, the Service Manager Paull was dismissive and arrogant when I requested my money back because of the poor workmanship.
