Trustworthy, Reliable and Friendly

I bought a Citroen C4 Picasso from Carlo for my daughter. From the off Carlo was honest and accurate in his description of the vehicle. I was travelling a distance so I wanted to be sure it was everything that I was looking for. I was not disappointed; the written description was 100% accurate and the answers to my questions over the phone were thorough and transparent. In my experience this alone is a rare thing and not too common in the world of car sales. The purchase and paperwork was sorted very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. It was obvious that customer service really does matter to all that work at the site and it was refreshing to see how open, honest and attentive everyone was that I came into contact with. The price of the car was very reasonable and given the spec of the vehicle unmatched elsewhere on Autotrader. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend UsedCarsUK and certainly will be checking out the Used Cars UK stock first when I come to need another quality used car.
