Very poor service

I purchased the car from Cars of Wirral and had to wait over two weeks before receiving it. Was messed around. Then I was offered free 6 months warranty for all the unconvince and just been informed by warranty company that they have not paid for the warranted so now I have no warrantee. Tried ringing cars of Wirral and the line is dead.
