Awful Customer Service

Yeomans Eastbourne hardly ever answer the phone. When you go in there it’s like a ghost town... you have to wait ages for anyone to even notice you are there. We went in at the weekend to sell our fiat, were told to wait for a call on Monday morning. Monday morning came and went. Called all throughout the day, someone finally answered at around 4pm and was told that a specific person needed to call us back “as soon as they had finished this sale”. Still waiting...
