Left a reserve on a car, agreed the repairs that where needed and told they would be in touch mon/tuesday. the completion date moved for a further week. (11 days after leaving the deposit) Archie Moss Vauxhall in Loughborough have now said they will not replace the damaged trim ( that would snagg your clothing) and will not fumigate the car ( it really stinks of smoke). we had agreed their asking price and they had agreed the repairs. We left a deposit in good faith. they failed to communicate with us and kept us waiting = then said they would not do repairs as they had agreed.
