Totally misled

Select Motors do the sweet talk but are totally unprofessional. I bought car from him, he kept saying that all paperwork is kept in car, it was my mistake not to check before paying. When I reached home there was no papers, I call him many times he kept saying he will find papers and send me. I spent couple of months chasing him but no success. He didn't t send V5C to DVLA and kept lying that paper is with DVLA call them. He even told me go to court, he don't bother. I will not give even 1 star this guy.
