Problems after drive away

Although Rick at Seabourne Motor Company had a great way with myself as a customer the actual car I bought wasn’t as great as I was led to believe. Just after my warranty expired (3,000 miles) the window control on the driver side fell through the door due to all of the connectors being snapped and only being hot glued back together. I have also still not received my V5 after buying the car 2 months ago. I am also having to take the car into the garage as after 2 months the car has needed 3 bottles of oil. All I would suggest is bring someone who knows about cars with you before buying as I feel I have been ripped off as a young female buying a car alone.
