Substandard safety faults with vehicle

I wish I could post a better review. We purchased a Mercedes from Purbrook Car Sales in July, a couple of weeks later it started to fail to change gear. We returned the car to fix or for a refund, they refused to refund stating “take us to court”, they did however tell is they had fixed the problem. We collected the car and two days later the car failed to change from Drive to Park and resulted in us having to have the AA recover it on a truck back to Purbrook Car Sales. We are now pursuing our money back in full. A companies house check for this company is quite interesting. I would recommend that you look into this company before you do business with them.
