Great service until he got the money

I bought an Alfa from this AT Cars. When the alternator died just outside of the warranty period I was met with a volley of abuse when I called to see if there was anything angelo could help will the £400 bill. Then I took the car for it's MOT, the first since I got the car. It came with a 12 month ticket so I didn't feel the need to have one done earlier. It failed massively. TWO HOLES in the chassis. I asked the tester how this could have happened in the year I had owned the vehicle. He laughed, actually laughed at me for being naive enough to believe it could have happened within a year, If I had attacked the chassis with a hammer ,then yes it could happen he told me but as I hadn't been hammering the car at all, then there was NO way two holes can appear in a "good solid car", as angelo had called it, in this time period. I, very reluctantly after the abuse I got from the earlier phone call, tried to speak to him again. Needless to say I was told to "Fuck off Dickhead" several times and "Just piss off back to the fucking hole you came from". I asked him to calm down and speak to me civilly but, as expected, his language and turn of phrase just got worse. I am now stuck with a worthless £4500 car and a 3 year loan to repay. I would NEVER return to this place and if I was you, I would make every possible check and then get it checked again or better still avoid angelo like the plague. Please note I have awarded 1 star as there is no option for a no star. Also the MOT can be checked online through the DVLA to prove this is genuine.
