Test Drive

We booked a test drive at Arden Garages of a Focus just to get the feel of it. We got ignored at the reception so decided to look at cars in the lobby until the person we booked the drive with noticed us. He did not introduce himself or bother asking any questions whatsoever. We went straight in the car and drove around town. The salesman would sit in the back quietly, not willing to say anything about the car unless specifically asked. We got an impression that he just wanted to finish work and go home asap. Nobody tried to tell us about their product range, offers, discounts or to sell anything whatsoever. I understand that Ford might not be a particularly premium brand but I think that it's image really suffers from such poor customer service. I quite liked the car but I'm not convinced that this is the place I'd want to spend any money at.
