Awful company, rude abusive manager

Country Cars of Bristol are a poor excuse of a dealership. Kept promising my father a car, which he waited days for. Then a call came to say it wasnt available. When we questioned why we were denied a reason with a rude and abrupt response "its our car and we dont have to sell it". No apology or justification. Complaint made to manager who is as rude, arrogant and unprofessional as his staff. I am now making a complaint to the UKAS as this company does not deserve the accreditation it has. Beware of Gary and his staff - bad attitude, bad service and overall a sham. If you have money to spend on a car, do yourself a favour and dont spend it here. Since posting this review, I have been sent various abusive emails from Gary - threatening me with legal action for posting a truthful review. Gary initially tried to say that the poor reviews he has received were meant for County Cars, however this is most certainly not the case. The UKAS have assured me that this matter will be treated with the utmost severity, and I have passed this onto Gary, however he continues his campaign of harrassment with childish and unprofessional emails worded "get your facts straight". Please be aware of the awfully unprofessional nature of this dealership and send your hard earned cash elsewhere
