The worst experience ever
Dealt with Mini Cooper Colchester on a used mini. Paid a deposit and full balance when they then said the car had been wrongly priced and I needed to pay an extra £1500 if I wanted it. The worst customer service, nobody would accept blame. I had sold my car so was left a week without a car needing to get to work and the full £16500 was taken on Monday and so far on Thursday I’ve only received £500 back so no way of buying a new car. Manager refused to speak to us after husband told them exactly what he thought of them, they just washed their hands of us. Update we received our money back at 4:30 on Friday meaning it was too late to clear with other dealer so again a full weekend with no car. They held my money for a full five days.
